Our Policies

All admissions must sign a Rules, Waiver, and Assumption of Risk.
NO wading, swimming or boating. Do not enter the water for any reason!
NO stream fishing. Fishing is permitted only in the lakes.
NO throwing objects into the water; no skipping stones.
NO bare feet.
NO profane language will be tolerated.
NO littering. Please use trash bins provided.
NO refunds.
Absolutely NO drugs or alcohol permitted on any area of the property!
If a fish swallows a hook, cut the line. Do not kill fish unless purchasing the fish.
RESPECT other customers as well as our property.
If the HORN sounds, CLEAR POND and immediately return to the entrance area or parking lot.
Any person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
All packages and containers are subject to inspection by management.
